Since it was announced in October 2016, Red Dead Redemption 2 has suffered two withdrawals, and Rockstar Games has so far only released three commercial trailers. Red Dead Redemption 2 was built using a modified version of Rockstar Advanced Game Engine (RAGE), which is the engine that is also the basis of Max Payne 3 and Grand Theft Auto V. I personally hope that the use of the Xbox One X or PS4 Pro can boost graphics quality even further.
